- May 1990 to 1998: Trial Attorney; Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, DC. Litigate major construction, delay, and procurement disputes. Advise construction project managers and contracting officers. Review and approve construction changes over $100,000. Teach project management and construction claims courses to project engineers and contracting personnel.
